New York String Quartets Educational Programs

The Clinton String Quartet also has developed several educational programs. Past educational programming included a dramatic presentation focusing on the life of Beethoven. This program utilized the talents of Mr. John Davies (portraying Beethoven) and followed the life of Beethoven through his own words and music.  In addition to this program the Clinton String Quartet has developed an in-residency program that was first used in the Liverpool Central School District in 1998.  During this residency the Clinton String Quartet performed for every 3rd grade student in the district and every middle school and high school string player in the district, designing several different age appropriate presentations.
